The hotel provided a self-serve Bavarian-style breakfast in a modern restaurant setting. It was very basic, but it had everything we needed to set us up for a day of exploring. The view from the window during breakfast was a nice touch.

The location of this hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the old town and other landmarks within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great shower. We also appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the room. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the shower helped cool us down. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, showing exceptional customer service when we reported an issue with one of the rooms. They waived the charges for both rooms and even insisted on not charging us for the room that we had no issue with. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.
